Power Electronics(My Projects)

Here are the projects I have completed and tested during my undergraduate studies.

1. GaN Half-Bridge:
Key features:
  1. 2.7kW in a area of 7.5 sq in.(650V and 6A).
  1. RC Circuit to create the negative voltage during turn-off.
  1. Isolated power supplies for Gate Driver.
2. Solid State Circuit breaker:
Key features:
  1. Continuous rating of 800V and 70A.
  1. I2t algorithm for overcurrent protection.
  1. Modular operation tested with equal current sharing.
